Ill make a real no nonsense recruitment post when I have time but its about right you generally get hand picked its why ec still small our requirements are high its why I have lots of money as 1 requirement is either you pay me to join or you let me sleep with your mum/sister/auntie/gf maybe your gran depends if she's fiery enough I enjoyed one of our latest recruits gran but there was no sex but she knows how to bake lovely muffins so was good enough hehe
