Planet Reset Message

Hi

I don't know how long this has been like this for but the Planet Reset message reads " They is free to reapply to your alliance at any point from now with no penalisation."

Obviously it should be they are not they is. This message is sent to all HC upon a planet reset.

Thanks, nice spot. Fixed for R65, will be included in Round 64 if we make any other changes to the code. :)
