Re: so... where'd everyone go?

It's been a while. I moved on to actually having a life for fifteen years, and got woken up at almost 0630 to be told that I'd been added to a GD reunion conversation on facebook.

RichardWhereat 20 Dec 2019 04:45

What's your favourite Monty Python sketch?

Mine was the vikings one.

Re: Which browser do you use

I use Opera. I used to use Chrome all the time, but it started ****ing up with pornhub, so I switched to Opera and have had no problems since.

Re: A program to recover deleted and overwritten files.

That would be nice. But what if we've accidentally deleted it, and then downloaded a full harddrives full of movies, and deleted them, and then did that again, twice over?

Re: World of Warcraft

I tried playing it once, about 15 years ago, but after having spent more than 90 dollars on the game, there were people who were getting angry at me because I was having fun the wrong way.

I'm not sure I want to go back.

RichardWhereat 20 Dec 2019 05:14

Re: T-mobile

I'm not sure to be honest, I've been with Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, and Virgin. But I haven't ever been with T Mobile.

RichardWhereat 20 Dec 2019 06:32

Does anyone here play Jump-Chain?

I was considering making a final chain for the year.

I'd love to join the whatsapp group. Is it still around?

Re: Does anyone here play Jump-Chain?

Nah, it's a writing prompt thing. You take a thousand points, and spend them on perks or items to create a character, and then write a few thousand words.

For instance, the Silmarillion:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-Gx...x5ueI4a12/view

+200 Oath of Feanor
+300 Wanted by Melkor
200 Elf
00 Elven Grace
300 Light of Aman
100 Mithril Equipment
300 The Silmarils
600 Seedlings of the Trees

Starting Time: Coronation of Tar-Palantir.

Then it'd be a story about an elf in that time.

I thought it was a nice movie. I enjoyed it a lot, and definitely feel that I got my five dollars an hour's worth of entertainment.
