Is there a way to limit Fleet Movement access to specific groups?

So, to create BGs within an alliance and then only let that BG access their fleet's movements? That way, you can check up on teammates to stop them from crashing without having to scan, or update calcs based on ships sent as seen in Fleet Movement.

Instead of making this available to everyone, it would be nice to be able to control information flow to specific groups so that it doesn't compromise a player's ability to play, but it would stop them knowing what everyone else is doing in other BGs.

Should be an easy addition by assigning limited fleet view access to custom groups, which are already featured.
