Its not going to be the hollywood blockbuster you expect.

At best, its going to turn out like the latest version of "The Punisher" (watchable, but hardly spectacular) , and at worst, itll be a straight to TV, or as bad as "Dungeons and Dragons".

Hollywood has a nasty habit of churning out bullshit movies for video games.

I really love MP2 (never seen #1 for personal reasons) but thats why the movie will likely be a disappointment for me :(

But i thought the same about "Lord of the rings" and was pleasantly surprised by the movies.

Before I clciked it I thought it was going to be a film about 9/11. I then realised that took place in 2003 and got upset ;/

It'll either be a Matrix rip-off (at least for the special effects), or just plain crap.

In the latter case, all the cops and bad guys will also be suffering from Hollywood syndrome.

I can imagine it being quite decent if done ala Sin City, which would probably suit the mood of the game.

With the technology used in the dancing car Citroen adverts I think it could work.
