who's gonna be blamed this time

seems someone deleted all fang members so are we to believe they are disbanding or was it another case of hacking

enjoy the flamefest thats gonna be here

Re: who's gonna be blamed this time

pasting your login info to some1 should be done in pm not in a public channel :p

LocknLoad 8 Dec 2003 01:23

Re: who's gonna be blamed this time

Since we already know they share accounts anyways ;) other wise why would you be paisting that kind of info anyways?

mjrTorspo 8 Dec 2003 01:41

Re: who's gonna be blamed this time

doent necessarily mean he was trying to paste the info for some1 in purpose, there is always the chance of extreme stupidity around  :naughty:

norty to get the ticker stopped tho since the one at fault is known and it didnt involve hacking or anything like that.

happy x-mas to all btw
:sleigh: :snowman:

LMAO

1 - if a HC is stupid enough to do that and they have someone within their alliance that is willing to take advantage to do that its their own bloody fault for being so stupid and/or being cheating fkers (why the hell do you copy and paste your login details anywhere anyway, other than account sharing?). Next you'll roll the ticker back when a HC kicks someone and they organise retals on them fs.

2 - none of you have the required access to sort the problem?!?! Suggested solution: refere to part 1 :p

n00bs, the lot of you, total n00bs :p

Edit: apparently it was pasted 'somewhere public' so apologises to all the (I'm sure) loyal Fang'ers :p
Edit 2: apparently it was also pasted deliberately because a certain Fang HC was having a tantrum over a certain recent 'incident' - this gets better I tell you :D

Essentially. The person was alliance HC. It was their responsibility.

Course there is *no* way I would be saying this if it was my alliance. :)

Heh.
If I was alliance HC (god forbid), and wanted to be deleted in that way, I'd remove myself from my alliance first, as it's obvious someone would take advantage of the free login details.

Silly Webangel ;)

Why to people talk about matters they dont know???
The login info was NOT pasted in alliance channel(not there alone at least), but in a public one.. everyone who happened to be there could loggin to the account!!!

And tell me, if u where in an alliance and u by mistake was deleted.. would u like to be roided for 72 hours with no posibilty for def??

Wakko 8 Dec 2003 02:22

Re: who's gonna be blamed this time

doesnt matter grim. WA was too dumb to realize what consequences the posting in #support will have. WA was always arrogant and in the end his arrogance broke the neck of a whole alliance, at least i hope so. Simply it would be so ****ing funny, that someone screws a round for 130 ppl in one second :D :D :D
not against those ppl in FAnG who worked hard for their alliance and own rankings

ronnie 8 Dec 2003 02:24

Re: who's gonna be blamed this time

the login info was pasted in #support as WA wanted to be deleted.

for sum reason WA wasnt deleted or his pass changed by an admin and sum1 (no idea who) logged into his acct and starting causing havoc by kicking ppl randomly (i wud assume).

dont know if this person already has a planet but if they do they shudnt hav been logging into the acct as they did (thats an assumption, its not based on fact)

the fact is, WA made a **** up.

we'll live with it and learn from it.

we r only human.

Ronnie out.

(hope that filled in sum blanks for every1)

all this and we r still ahead of ToT, says sumthing.

maybe u shud look at urselves before commenting on others.

btw, to any1 who says FAnG cheat, Heartless still has very interesting info on ToT he hasnt been allowed to put on AD (he tried, i believe the post was deleted twice by admins).

You really believe that?

I must say that in general this is all very very amusing. My oh my, how the PA alliances have fallen.

Poor excuse to stop ticks in my opinion. I never recalled ticks being stopped for any other alliance within the history of PA when they encountered any problems.

Ticks should continue, and WA should be shown up as incompetent some more.

perhaps ToT is inactive, but at least we dont have so dumb HCs

in regards to ticks being stopped, thats not for FAnG or any1 else to say if it is right or not, its been done.

WA made a mistake (a large one) when he reflects he will prolly agree.

You can discuss this (seeing as it's the largest alliance-related event we've had this round) but we won't be suspending the normal rules of the forums. Speaking as a member of pateam we're all hard at work on this and we hope to have this unfortunate situation resolved as soon as possible.

Sorry, If this was the Planetarion I originally came from there would be none of this nonsense of stopping ticks for another alliances idiocy.

WebAngel did something idiotic, and now ticks are stopped. This is extremely amusing and has probably cost you any respect you had/have.

i admitted WA made a **** up.

i simply pointed out (after i believe FAnG had been flamed) that other alliances werent angels either.

ask for Zhil's nice 'rofl' comment, pffft, who knows what hes laughing at.

prolly the fact i know whats happened and others dont or sumthing (how thats funny tho i dont know, he has a strange sense of humour obviously)

heartless posted the EET coordlist on the forum. a mod edited his post and removed the link to the coordlist, and heartless reedited it, so the whole thread was deleted.
oh yes, and dont try to deflect from FAnG. ur alliance is the topic of this thread, not ToT. start another thread if u want

This is a rather unique event though and seeing as it actually happened with the direct context of the game itself (whereas in all previous rounds alliances were wholly separate entities) it was viewed as in the best interests of the game to stop the ticker.

it was a mistake, he didnt intend for this to happen, he wanted his planet deleted.

his mistake (as TomKat has already stated) was not leaving his ingame alliance beforehand, then posting his login details.

if u think TK is inept also, thats fine.

I view it as pathetic. Any respect I had for PA Team is long gone now in light of this event. Let FAnG stew in their own mess. Their own fault for appointing such rubbish and psychotic HC.

This is sooooooooo going to be abused...

Scenario -

Alliance BC: "**** we can't cover all our incoming, what can we do?"
Alliance HC: "I know I'll accidently paste my login details somewhere, some **** will log in (if no-one does I'll get peon1 to do it) and they'll stop the ticker for us!"
Alliance BC: "genius sir, total genius!"

Hector 8 Dec 2003 02:40

Re: who's gonna be blamed this time

I was censored. The jist is though that WA kicked ppl and then posted. I have had this confirmed from several good friends of mine within FaNG. Though, to be fair, it didn't happen to them personally.

So where does that leave FaNG if true? Ticks must surely continue as things are if this game is to have any credibility. Or integrity.

Suggestion: Take a different angle on this. What you say only makes WebAngel look even more stupid. Didnt know that posting his account details would lead to someone actually logging in with them? Hahaha....

Right-o.

As for TK, I know TK is inept.

Tomkat 8 Dec 2003 02:41

Re: who's gonna be blamed this time

Why did Webangel want to be deleted anyway?

And if he wants to leave the game, why didn't he just leave the alliance and let some FAnG people farm him, like LEFF did?

That's 2 HCs you have lost now. Is it because they realise your alliance deserves no respect, and they don't wish to be associated with it any longer?

Teehee.

i believe RL issues hav come to the fore over the last weeks.

also, LEFF didnt let his 'alliance' farm him, techinically he was allianceless at the time. this isnt the point in question tho.
