Late Start Strategy

With tick 336 approaching, could anyone explain the strategy where late starters act as MoD and hide their value in the gal fund? Which planets do you raid and what fleet do you maintain while you're remaining small? Any particular race to go?

You init to 500 roids. Then 3 fleet on absolute noobs with the smallest fleet possible or get escorted by bigger planets.

You dump all your resources into the gal fund, so you can get an awesome income which no-one can realistically roid (anyone who can hit you, is easily defended against).

You want your fleet to be as small as possible, any race works. To do it easily, go CR pods and hit new players who dont have anti-CR :)

or go xan and just fake people to death, or crash while you have new pods coming out of prod the same tick that you can relaunch...

Fi/Co fleet that contains EMP. Keep 3 fleets moving at all time. Init to 500 and you can be on 1.5k roids in a week.
