Re: yanis varoufakis

its incredible

he actually believes that in a capitalist system without government intervention, it is possible for wages to go to zero and all production to end and

and

of course in a capitalist system the system will never recover without government intervention

biblical

Re: yanis varoufakis

i mean, really, imagine it. all production just ceases. government the almighty does not intervene

inevitably people start starving

because wages are zero and nobody is hiring and nobody is producing

government the almighty still does not intervene

more people stand idle and starve because the economy cannot recover without government intervention

last human left on the planet turns off the lights (as if there'd been electricity for days because capitalism got turned off by a recesion)

and they all die

the entire race has perished through famine because capitalism cannot recover from an infinite recession without government help
