Combat Reports when attackers recall
 

Could you implement it so that if Defenders land and there is no Attacking fleet, the Combat Report is still created and shows what defence landed?

This would then show up in news and allow people to see the location of stealthed ships 3 ticks later.

You could then make Xan viable from a stats point of view without them having to be nerfed due to the amount of fakes etc.

If attacker doesnt land there is no combat, you dont get to track those ships. You want to know what was sent the attacker should have to land.

I think this is a reasonable suggestion, and a pretty graceful way of nerfing Cloak. Xan has by far the strongest race characteristic, and cloak will remain the strongest even if this is implemented.
