That's right. A duel to the ban. This is how it will work, if Yahwe is indeed a gentleman worthy of his respect and accepts this challenge (and if the local tyrant and his sycophants agree) we will each pick a word and put them in the ring on www.googlefight.com. The loser will be permanently banned from the forums with no recourse to an appeal. No new nicks, no ban evasion, just gone from here forever.


We will both agree upon an arbitrator whom we both feel is trustworthy enough, and to this person we will trust to mediate the duel and to this person we secretly give the words to, and this person will be sworn to secrecy until he/she has been presented with both our words and has put them against each other on google fight and posted the results on this forum.

As I am the challenger, Yahwe will be able to pick the general category from which the words must be chosen. The chosen arbitrator will be the judge as to whether or not the words chosen fit Yahwe's category, if a word doesn't, a new word must be chosen.

If Yahwe is not willing to accept this duel, then I will have reason to suspect him of cowardice and it will be his epithet from here on out.

If the admin's don't agree to terms of this duel, then that is obviously their prerogative (but come on it would be fun!). I how ever am taking the chance that they will, at the risk of being permanently banned (by losing the duel).

I'm pretty sure I'm not in the minority when I say I don't want Yahwe banned, but am not that concerned about s|k (plus he keeps hatnig on me and that isn't cool, brother).
