What are the requirements of KoH?
-Activeness on IRC is always a must, min. of 15-20 hours a week, though it would be helpful to be on as much as you can.
-Activeness on forums, both ingame and separate.
-At least one free fleet for defense
-Activeness in all attacks, as well as defense.

If you are new to PA and are unsure of how to deal with joining an alliance, using IRC, etc... KoH will help you with all of your needs.

Payed or free accounts accepted, although a payed account is prefered.
There are Officer positions avalible!!!

no, but daso would win that. An alliance every round.

Just a few questions daso:

1) do you have an irc channel? I ask because irc is essential at pa

if the answer on 1) is NO then don't read any further but dissolve your alliance.

2) Do you have a techie doing stuff like coding bots?
3) Do you have a bot at all?
4) Do you have a working HC team?
5) Do you have more than 1 member or anything close to a decent candidate for HCing? You know 1 man HC is very very hard, especially if you are so "special".

Hello everyone It is 6 days into the round and the tag has been made ingame Everyone is aloud an interview as a small alliance ( witch we will stay...) we only want active player who are willing to help out and pull there weight we will play a top nach alliance even if we are small who cares?

Your attempt to create an alliance without a member base is doomed to fail. Why should active players join YOUR alliance when there are other well known places where they could go? Why don't you simply join an alliance and try to play there?

because he was called Korsan- and who wants Korsan??? he is a crashing mofo that costs alliances rounds :P
