User Guide
 

I am having to create a User Guide for the everyday problems that occur, PC crashing, Word, Excel, Access problems/solutions etc
Also one for Windows 2000 Server, stuff like adding people to user groups etc

I have tried looking on ask, google etc and none of the guides I have seen have struck me as useful.

Does anyone know of any of the top of their head that will help me out?
